Items To Bring With You
Items to Bring With You
- A warm blanket: the shaking during push's is due to being super cold
- Anti-nausea meds: for after the push
- Tylenol: for fever after the push
- Advil: for aches and pains after the push
- Water bottle: you need to drink tons of water. It can help plump up your veins and hydrating your blood cells makes a difference.
- Ice pack: to help reduce the fever
- Electrolytes tablets: these can be purchased at Whole foods market to add to water for after the push
- Chapstick: your lips get very dry not just from the desert air, but also from the shaking.
- A Thermometer (or two): when you start going through the reaction at home you need to keep track of your fever. You may want to have a back up, incase yours dies. This is VITAL to have! If you are coming here alone, I recommend you set your alarm to go off every 30 mins so you wake up to check your temp. This happens to others and temps can spike fast!
- Ionic foot bath: this pulls the toxins out of you body after the detox iv's, injections, and lymphatic massages. It really helps with the whole process. It cost's $40 at the center, so we bought ours on Amazon for about $125
- Ultra-violet light: this helps reduce inflammation. I have used it for over a year at home with all my joint pain. It helps here to reduce swelling and soreness from the iv's and injections. I think it was about $17?
